We are looking for a Product Manager to shape, build, and elevate Onit’s AI-native legal ops solutions—spanning Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Agentic AI & Legal Applications. Your mission: help legal and operational teams transform from back-office functions into strategic business drivers, using Onit’s configurable and extensible enterprise-grade Unity framework. Responsibilities
Domain Expertise & Insights
Deeply understand Onit’s core products – ELM, CLM and more.
Stay informed on legal operations trends (e.g., AI-powered invoice review, automation of legal workflows)
Translate domain insights into product vision and enhancements that drive measurable value (e.g., reducing invoice errors, accelerating contract cycles).
Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap
Collaborate with leadership to define strategy for integrated, configurable solutions across acquisitions and product lines.
Design level-appropriate roadmaps that evolve product capabilities in line with client impact and AI-led innovation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market (GTM), customer success, and implementation teams to deliver solutions aligned with Onit’s legal-tech positioning.
Help turn complex legal workflows into intuitive, automated user experiences.
Solution Definition & Prioritization
Break down and prioritize features addressing legal bottlenecks—e.g., contract automation, risk alerts, SLA tracking, AI insights.
Balance enhancements across usability, compliance, and technical capacity.
Development Oversight & Go-Live
Partner with engineering and implementation teams to ensure scalable, secure, compliant delivery.
Support functional/technical certification tracks, especially where PMs guide internal users or partners.
Stakeholder & Executive Collaboration
Communicate impact-driven milestones and performance to executives (CPO, CRO, etc.) while ensuring product direction supports Onit’s goal of evolving legal into a high-value function.
Skills & Qualifications
Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with legal operations, contract management, CLM, ELM, and workflow automation.
Comfort navigating both mid-market and enterprise domains and legal use‑cases.
Technical & Analytical Aptitude:
Capable of working with AI-led automation, no-code tools, data-driven insights
Strategic Thinking + Execution:
Adept at aligning product strategy with business needs and delivering incremental wins.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Effective in bringing together product, engineering, GTM, implementation, and support teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
