AI Automation Engineer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra India

 

Role Summary:

The AI Automation Engineer in the Trust and Integrity team will focus on automating AI evaluations, testing, and monitoring processes. This role requires expertise in AI and data engineering to develop robust systems for continuous assessment of AI models. The Engineer will also create dashboards and reports to provide insights and ensure transparency in AI operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated systems for AI evaluations, testing, and monitoring.

 • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into AI performance and integrity.

• Design and conduct experiments to validate AI models and ensure they meet ethical and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with AI Analysts and other team members to identify key metrics and performance indicators.

• Ensure continuous monitoring of AI systems to detect and address potential issues promptly.

 • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI ethics.

• Document processes and create comprehensive reports on AI evaluations and monitoring activities.

 • Provide technical support and guidance to the Trust and Integrity team.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

 • 7+ years proven experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on model evaluation and monitoring.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

 • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with AI ethics and regulatory considerations.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.

• Knowledge of business process automation and optimization.

• Certification in AI or related technologies.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
