The Senior Vendor Implementation Coordinator will act as a business process expert and facilitate customers’ success in technology solutions delivery. You should be friendly and accessible to customers, as you will be the implementation, training, and support contact for our law firm clients.

Responsibilities
Assist with implementation for law firms and other vendors onto our system
Support active law firms and other vendors using our product
Troubleshoot issues law firms and vendors encounter
Develop and implement training plans
Recommend program improvements or revisions to product
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desired, preferably in business
2+ years of professional experience, electronic e-billing experience is a plus
Possesses originality and ingenuity to manage assignments with some degree of complexity
Must be a motivated self-starter
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel is required
Communicates tactfully and effectively, and maintains positive and effective work relations. Competent in correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and arithmetic
