About the job: As a Corporate Client Sales Executiveat Onit, your role will center on nurturing and expanding relationships with our current clients, particularly within Fortune 500 companies. You will focus on identifying opportunities to grow these relationships by promoting Onit’s full suite of solutions, including Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Custom Applications. Your expertise in relationship management will enable you to deeply understand your clients' evolving needs and ensure that Onit continues to provide value-added services, driving further engagement and upselling opportunities.
This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Strategic Alliances to ensure that existing clients receive exceptional support and service throughout their engagement with Onit.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate within Onit.
Identify opportunities to expand Onit’s footprint within current accounts by understanding client needs and introducing additional products or services.
Collaborate with the Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to tailor solutions that address specific challenges faced by each client.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Attend industry events and conferences to maintain and grow your network with current clients and relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with the Client Success team to support the ongoing use of Onit’s solutions and ensure seamless adoption of new products or services.
Regularly update CRM systems with account details, sales forecasts, and key client interactions.
Prepare and present account development strategies and business reviews to senior leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in SaaS account management or sales with a focus on growing existing client relationships.
Proven track record of building strong, long-lasting client relationships and driving upsell opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to identify and address client needs proactively.
Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
