Renewal Specialist
Onit – Pune, Maharashtra, India – Full time (US Shift – 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM)

As a Renewal Specialist at Onit, you will partner with our team of Renewal Managers to ensure accurate forecasting, data analysis, and efficiency of the renewal process.
Role and responsibilities:

  • Assisting with an existing contract and MSA review.
  • Updating systems such as Salesforce and Planhat.
  • Collaborating with Renewal Managers and Legal Team around contract questions and concerns.
  • Assisting with reporting, forecasting, and record keeping. 
  • Proactively identify customer risks from usage data.
  • Team player with a positive attitude. Ready to roll up your sleeves to help out both team members and members of other departments. 
  • "Can Do" attitude where no obstacle is too big.
Required Skills:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience reading and understanding contracts.
  • Experience reviewing reporting and finding meaningful insights.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with contracts.
  • Experience in sales development, sales, account management, or legal.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Planhat or Gainsight.
  • Start-Up Experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
