Key Responsibilities 

  • Own test automation across Onit platform 

  • Maintain code coverage, code quality, script efficiency and effectiveness 

  • Plan, organize and implement test automation solutions/framework for products, critical features and releases 

  • Drive tools or technology related research and migration 

  • Implementation of best practices during development and CI execution 

  • Contribute to hands on development, review and execution 

  • Coach and mentor team members 

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders 

Qualifications and Skills  

  • Test automation architect with 12-15 yrs of experience in test automation  

  • Hands-on java script development and review experience 

  • Expertise in Cypress/Playwright or any JS base test automation tools 

  • Expertise in test automation architecture, framework design and design patterns 

  • Strong experience in AWS, environment and infrastructure management, build and deployment 

  • Strong experience in Jenkins or Git pipeline and code management 

  • Ability to do release and sprint planning 

  • Ability to coach and mentor team members 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill
