While our workforce is primarily remote, the Atlanta office serves as a key hub for meetings, events, and regular onsite activity—particularly for the Sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the space and delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience. Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Coordinator to support our Atlanta office. While our workforce is primarily remote, the Atlanta office serves as a key hub for meetings, events, and regular onsite activity—particularly for the Sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the space and delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a support role, anticipating needs and delivering beyond expectations at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Manage office access, including issuing and deactivating employee badges in collaboration with IT.
- Maintain office filing systems and documentation (digital and physical).
- Coordinate onsite meeting logistics, internal events, and employee gatherings.
- Monitor facility needs and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor service calls.
- Manage relationships with service providers (cleaning, catering, equipment servicing, etc.).
- Serve as the first point of contact for general office or administrative inquiries.
- Track and order office supplies, maintain stock levels, and manage supplier relationships.
- Liaise with IT and HR teams to ensure a seamless employee experience for onsite processes.
- Manage location-specific compliance posting requirements and any applicable policies for
- Assist with planning and coordinating large events on campus, ensuring all logistics (catering, AV setup, room layouts) are in place.
- Manage conference room bookings, coordinate setup, and ensure that equipment and furniture arrangements meet client requirements
- Health, Safety & Emergency Response:
- Act as a key member of the Safety Team, ensuring compliance with safety policies and emergency response protocols.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills with a business facing orientation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in common office technologies (Microsoft Office, badge access systems, printers, etc.).
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies/packages up to 25 lbs.
- A support mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver thoughtful, timely solutions.
- This is a part-time, onsite role based in our Atlanta office.
- The work schedule can be flexible, based on business needs.
